Iron Gummies sugar-free

No, that is not necessary.

As with any iron product, a reaction between the iron and saliva may cause slight deposits on the teeth, which can usually be removed by brushing. Please contact us if you are affected as well.

Iron Gummies sugar-free with bisglycinate + vitamin C are a higher-dose iron product that covers the full recommended daily intake of iron. The product is therefore intended, according to the consumption recommendation, only for people who suffer from an iron deficiency.

In principle, there is nothing wrong with consuming all three wowtamins at once. If needed, the wowtamins can also be divided between two times of day, which in some cases may slightly improve absorption.

You have a total of 60 days to try the product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you do not like the taste, or you are dissatisfied with it for any other reason, we will accept the return of all unopened cans and one can that has already been opened. Please send the entire order by parcel to our warehouse. Once the shipment has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed, we will refund the purchase price for the unopened cans and up to one opened can. We will use the same payment method as for your order. You can find details about the exact procedure and our warehouse address in our cancellation policy.

The new sugar-free iron gummies contain a slightly higher amount of iron (15 mg instead of 14 mg per daily serving), an amazing flavor (our new iron gummies now come in cherry instead of raspberry), and the quantity corresponds to a small container (60 gummies instead of 120 gummies). The fun, child-friendly design is also new.

In principle, younger children aged 4 and over can also take our product at a reduced dosage. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a general recommendation, as this varies greatly depending on age and individual needs. If in doubt, please consult your pediatrician. Caution: Iron can also be overdosed and cause problems. This is one reason why our products for children generally do not contain iron.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer trial packs. However, you can try our products completely risk-free. With our 60-day money-back guarantee, you can use up to one full container of any product you purchase for the first time and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied. Return shipping is also free when purchasing multiple containers.

Iron is found in many everyday foods. Plant-based sources such as legumes (e.g., lentils, chickpeas, and white beans), millet, oats, and other whole-grain products are particularly rich in iron. For those who eat meat, meat also provides iron that the body can readily absorb. A practical tip: Vitamin C increases iron absorption, so it is worth combining iron-rich meals with some fruit or vegetables (e.g., having a glass of orange juice with the meal). In general, children’s iron needs can be met through a balanced diet.

Daily iron requirements change with age: As a general guideline, children under 10 need around 8 to 10 mg, while adolescents—especially during puberty—may need more. The good news is that this amount can generally be obtained through a balanced, iron-rich diet. Additional iron supplementation therefore only makes sense if there is an actual deficiency; this should be clarified in advance with a pediatrician.

For toddlers from around 2 years of age, the recommended iron requirement is around 8 mg per day and continues to increase with age. Important to know: Iron can also be overdosed—which is precisely why our regular children's products intentionally contain no iron. Our sugar-free iron gummies are specifically intended for children aged 4 and over with a confirmed deficiency.
